Q: I can't login, it takes me in circles.
A: Goto tools -> internet options -> privacy -> edit(at the bottom) -> add myPhotoSuite.com and hit allow, then OK. One thing you also might try is deleting cookies and try checking "Remember Me".

Q: How much space do I get?
A: Currently free accounts get 30 megs of space.

Q: My images take a long time to upload.
A: Try uploading smaller images. This is not to say you must crop your images, rather be aware of the file size of them.

Q: How can I make the file size of my images smaller so they display faster?
A: The jpg image type is perfect for this. Many graphic tools allow you to adjust the jpg compression. For a sometimes unnoticeable bit of image compression the file size will drop immensely.

Q: Are free accounts ever deleted?
A: Free accounts that are not logged into or havn't had any direct links for 90 days are removed.
